All safe on all hallow’s eve…

October 31, 2012

With all of the hurricane business, I almost forgot that today is Halloween! The winds and rains have subsided, the sun is peeking out, and at least in Brooklyn Heights, every day has been feeling like a lazy Sunday… While the subway isn’t running, businesses are mostly open, people are strolling the streets with coffees to warm their hands, and there is a sense of peacefulness enveloping the neighborhood.

Wishing safety to all those affected by Frankenstorm Sandy, and a Happy Halloween too!
