Amish apple spread

I love this breakfast – tea, raspberries, and half a bagel topped with a cream cheese walnut apple spread! A good friend bought the mix for the spread in Pennsylvania’s Amish country on her annual pilgrimage there with her mom last summer. She finally made the dip for her amaaaazing winter whiskey party and shared some of the leftovers with me. It was a perfect AMish treat!
